Warranty Issue Reporting

STEPS

1. Review your home warranty handbook to confirm your request is valid.

2. Take clear photos of the issues you are experiencing.

3. Compose an email with your name, a reliable phone number, your address in the subject line. Attach the list of issues and photos, and send it to info@stonebrook.com.

4. Expect initial reviews of repair requests to take 3-5 business days.

5. Once your request is approved, we will create the warranty work using Company Cam.

6. The Project Manager will schedule a convenient time for the repairs.

7. Repairs will be made.

8. After repairs are completed, your warranty request will be officially closed.
